Located off of Highway 94 just 15 minutes east of Colorado Springs, the ranch has outstanding access to all major thoroughfares in and out of El Paso County. We are in close proximity to Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, Kroger Distribution, Amazon Distribution, and the Colorado Springs Airport.
